Current Shareholding
Shares in Issue - 100,936,547(none of which are held as treasury shares)
There are no restrictions on the transfer of Belgravium Technologies AIM securities and the shares are not listed on any Exchanges or trading platforms other than AIM.
As at 1st June 2011, the company had been notified of the following shareholdings amounting to 3% or more of the issued ordinary share capital:
- John Kembery (9.13%)
- Roddy McDougall (5.84%)
- Barclays Plc (5.11%)
- Chelverton Growth Trust (4.95%)
- Investec Wealth and Investment Limited (4.25%)
As at 1st June 2011, the percentage of Aim securities not in public hands was 15.84%.
